Products

We strive to display our products, colours, textures, and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device screen will display colours with complete accuracy.

All wigs and hair products must be handled with care. Products that have been worn, altered, cut, styled, coloured, washed, brushed, or damaged are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Orders

KeiCrowns reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:

Suspicious or fraudulent activity
Incorrect pricing or stock availability errors
Payment verification issues
Violation of these Terms of Service

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a refund will be issued to the original payment method where applicable.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

KeiCrowns reserves the right to correct any pricing errors that may occur on the website.

Payments

Full payment is required before any order is processed, packed, or dispatched.

We accept approved payment methods available at checkout.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders confirmed before 12:00 PM (SAST) will be prepared and handed over to the courier on the same business day where possible.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier operations, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

All returns and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Wigs must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition. The original hair tag must remain attached and untampered with, and the lace must not be cut, trimmed, altered, or damaged.

Shipping

All shipping terms, delivery estimates, and courier information are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Limitation of Liability

KeiCrowns shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, services, or website.

Our liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the product purchased from our store.
